Stapler blade is programmed in the same instrument, which can meet the test requirements of different blade shapes

Product introduction:
It adopts 5.7 inch (320 × 240) single color LCD touch screen and Chinese menu display. Nominal specification, test times, pressurization, up, down, time, calibration. The menu on LCD is controlled by keyboard, and test data is printed on board. Real time display of edge sharpness force and peak force data, maximum sharpness and other peak force curves can be displayed. Stapler blade is programmed in the same instrument, which can meet the test requirements of three different blade shapes, and different fixtures need to be replaced.

Test range: 0.1 ~ 10N, accuracy: ± 0.01N; sharpness of different kinds of blades (straight, round, annular) can be measured.

Moving speed: 100 mm / min;

Cutting material: 4-0 suture, in line with yy0174-2005 and other relevant standards;

Printing mode: it can print the test data, average cutting force and deviation value of 3 points of the blade each time.
