The medical retained needle puncture force tester is designed and manufactured according to the relevant provisions of GB 15811-2001. It is specially used to test the puncture force of medical indwelling needle.

Yc2006-a medical indwelling puncture force tester is composed of intelligent controller, force measuring mechanism, ranging mechanism, printer and so on. It is composed of main board, LCD and so on. The screen is displayed in all Chinese windows, and the keyboard controls the cursor for options, operation and setting. It can be operated according to the prompts without training.

It adopts 5.7 inch (120 × 90) single color LCD touch screen and Chinese menu display. Nominal specification, test times, uplink, downlink, time, calibration. The menu on LCD is controlled by keyboard, and test data is printed on board. Real time display of steel needle penetration force, catheter puncture force, pipe wall friction force, all peak force, peak force distance data, and needle body movement distance and force record chart.
